Introduction

I've decided to blog a daily "diary" of what I make in my Vita-Mix machine every day.

I make some wild and whacky things (I go for health and can give up taste if necessary), but I also make stuff for my husband and three kids that has to taste good so I hope that this "diary" can help someone with recipe ideas or help them see that you can use a Vita-Mix in MANY ways other than just to make smoothies!!!
